This 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge was assembled during the third week of March of 1969 at the Fremont California Assembly Plant. It was then loaded and delivered to Arnold Wiebe Buick - Pontiac - GMC - in Visalia, California
Originally sold at the same dealership on April 4th 1969 with its factory 4 speed transmission, push button radio, covered head lights, center console, power steering, soft ray glass, and TheJudge option.
Purchased as his first car, the original owner kept this Judge until it was sold in 2005, and shortly after began the frame-off restoration by the second owner. The car was sold again during this time in 2008, with the restoration about 85% completed. The restoration was completed in 2010 by the 3rd owner himself.
It retains the original engine block, heads, intake and exhaust manifolds, carb, distributor, transmission and rear differential. The Water pump and alternator have been replaced with prior correct replacements with correct numbers and date codes for the car.
Since competition of the restoration the car has won several concours awards including first place in Belmont Concours D’ Eleganza in Fresno in 2010, as well as the Capitol Concours d’ Eleganza in Sacramento in 2012.
Included with the car are the original window sticker and dealership transaction documents, as well and the original1969pates and plate frames from Arnold Wiebe Buick - Pontiac - GMC - in Visalia, California. The car has lived it’s entire life in central California.
